Junior Charter Sales Manager (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

• You support the Charter Sales team in managing the sales process of Charter Flights as part of a High Performance Team.
• You assist in preparing offers and price calculations, and help process inquiries and orders in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment, with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• You support the team in handling last-minute ad hoc flight requests around-the-clock, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow into the role.
• You help monitor sold flights in close cooperation with internal and external partners, answering emails, and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• You assist in building customer relationships and support invoicing and payment administration, gaining hands-on experience in aviation sales.

Your Profile

• You bring excellent reading and writing skills in English language, an additional language is a plus, German A2 will help you in everyday life in Vienna.
• You have a passion for private aviation.
• You have a client-focused approach and enjoy building relationships with premium customers.
• You are a motivated, detail-oriented professional keen to start or continue your career in sales.
• You are an energetic, collaborative and passionate team player with entrepreneur spirit.
• You are eager to learn, sales-driven and able to work on your own initiative.
• You bring strong communication and problemsolving skills and a high level of stress tolerance.
• You bring the flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Proficient IT user skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Products) are self-evident for you.
• You have unlimited permit to live and work in Austria.
